Apartment No.3 offers Standard Shipping through USPS and UPS (calculated at checkout) and Free Shipping on orders over $100 (1-8 business days) to all states in the continental U.S. *Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands are calculated at checkout.Â
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed.
Arrival times depend on your destination and the carrier you choose at checkout.Â
Delivery times:
For Free Shipping normally between 1-8 business days after the 1-3 business days that it takes our team to package and deliver your order to the shipping carrier.
Other US delivery options and times as per the carrier’s website:
USPS Ground Advantage → 1-8 business days
UPS Ground Saver → 1-8 business days
UPS Ground → 1-5 business days
Please note these are the carrier’s delivery times and does NOT include the 1-3 business days that it takes our team to package and deliver your order to the carrier.
Please make sure the address is entered correctly, since we are not able to change addresses once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address (No refunds will be issued). A new order would have to be placed if order is missing.
Be aware that shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier are out of our control.
We also ship Internationally! (7-21 days) and DHL (2-3 business days).The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and DO NOT include custom fees.
Custom fees and taxes are charged by your local government once the package enters your country.
ALL International orders are FINAL SALE, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Refusal of delivery or wrong address:
In the event that the package is returned back to us, we will contact you through email to correct the issue. The cost of re-shipping a package is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return.
