Shipping and Returns
Apartment No.3 offers Standard Shipping through USPS and UPS (calculated at checkout) and Free Shipping on orders over $100 (1-7 business days) to all states in the continental U.S. *Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure the address is entered correctly, since we are not able to change addresses once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
We also ship Internationally! (7-21 days) and DHL (2-3 business days).The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost and taxes charged by your local government and that shipping times vary depending on your country.
We are a small team working as fast as we can to fulfill your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
Refusal of delivery or wrong address:
In the event that the package is returned back to us, we will contact you through email to correct the issue. The cost of re-shipping a package is the responsibility of the customer.
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of any items within 14 days of the original delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the package delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There will be a $5 restocking fee per item returned that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or protected in a sealed plastic bag.
1- To process your exchange or refund, locate your order number (Printed on your email receipt).
2- E-mail us at email@example.com
3- Please include your name, order number, reason for return and any other feedback for the item.
4- We will contact you within one business day, and provide a shipping address for your return. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
5- Mail your product in the original packaging that was received. Fragile items are Non-returnable.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return.
We won't be able to accept returns if:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit in your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do our best to package products securely to avoid damage during transit. If your product arrives damaged please contact us ASAP at email@example.com
Note: Most of our products are handmade and some vintage. Imperfections, discolorations, worn spots (vintage items) are normal characteristics of handmade and/or vintage products, and are not considered defects.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you need a replacement for the same item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please follow the return process written above.
As a reminder you can return any new, unused items within 14 days of purchase.
