Shipping

 

Apartment No.3 offers FREE Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) on all orders to any destination with in the Continental United States via either USPS or UPS.

We also ship Internationally! via USPS (7-21 days) and DHL (2-3 business days).The shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out. Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost and taxes charged by your local government and that shipping times vary depending on your country.

 

We are a small team working as fast as we can to fulfill your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.

 

Returns

 

We are happy to return or exchange any items with in 15 days of the original purchase date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To process your exchange or refund locate your order number (Printed on your receipt).

  • Please include your name, order number, reason for return and any other feedback for the item.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item(s). Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were purchased from any other retailer.

 

We won't be able to accept returns if:

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit in your account, depending on your bank an the form of payment used.

 

Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the initial and return shipping costs will not be included.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you need a replacement for the same item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at diana@apartmentno3.com and send your item to:

If you need to exchange your item for another size or color, please follow the return process written above, and then place another order for the new item. Your new order will shipped to you with in 5-7 business days and the refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). As a reminder you can return any new, undamaged items with in 15 days of purchase.
