To qualify for an Apartment No.3 membership you must provide any of the following documentation, along with your completed application:

  • Business License
  • Business Certificate
  • Articles of Organization (LLC)
  • Articles of Incorporation (INC)
  • Employee ID (EIN) Document
  • Resale Certificate

In order to receive Tax-exempt purchases please attach your Resale Certificate or fill out a Tax Exemption Certificate for your State.
