Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of items within 14 days of the original delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the package delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Through our return portal you can choose to exchange, return your items for a refund or get store credit.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in a resalable condition, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or protected in a sealed plastic bag. 

Please note that products returned with pet hair are not considered unused or in resalable condition and might not qualify for a full refund.

 

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you purchased re:do for $1.98 at checkout return shipping labels are free to you for exchanges or store credit, otherwise you will have the option to purchase a return shipping label through our return portal.

Shipping and Delivery

It takes 1-3 business days for us to pack and get the package to the shipping carrier.

Yes, once your order is packaged we generate a shipping label, and a tracking number goes out to your email address once the package is shipped.

Yes! Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost and taxes charged by your local government at the time of arrival, and that shipping times vary depending on your country.

We try to ship orders as quickly as we can, if you want to combine two orders in one please let us know ASAP at diana@apartmentno3.com

Note: Orders placed through Facebook and Instagram Shops can't be combined.

To ensure we receive your combined shipping request, please contact us through email and not on social media or our website chat window.

Yes, we offer free US shipping on orders of $100+

If your package is returned to our office due to insufficient address, wrong address or any other issues, we will contact you to re-ship the package at a flat fee (Re-shipments costs for packages returned to sender are responsibility of the customer). We will send an invoice for the shipping costs to the email address provided. Once the invoice is paid our team will ship the package back to you.

Package marked as delivered but I did not received it

Please double check your tracking information. The carrier often specifies the location where the package was left. If the package can’t be found in the location specified by the carrier, wait a few more days in case the carrier misplaced the package. Oftentimes the packages end up being returned by neighbors or the carrier ends up delivering it later. 

Contact the carrier’s customer service if the package is still missing after a few days.

Who do I notify if my mail is late?

The post office or UPS should be able to address most of your concerns. Often there are identifying marks on a package that pinpoint the cause of a delay. Have your tracking number ready to get more information about the package.

My package arrived opened or has signs of tampering.

If your package looks like it was tampered with, please use our Return Portal to report the damages.

Please be mindful that photos or any proof of tampering are necessary for us to open an investigation. Once these are provided our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

We try our best to showcase the true colors of our products in our listings. Colors may vary slightly due to the differences in color and brightness settings of computer/phone screens.

Pillow Inserts

No, but you can purchase our favorite pillow inserts HERE.

To achieve a full plump look it is recommended to fill your square pillow cover with an insert 2'' larger than the cover, and for lumbars use an insert the same size as the cover.

Examples:

For a 20''x 20'' pillow cover, you would need a 22'' x 22'' pillow insert.

For a 12'' x 20'' pillow cover, you would need a 12'' x 20'' pillow insert.
