It takes 1-3 business days for us to pack and get the package to the shipping carrier.

Yes, once your order is packaged we generate a shipping label, and a tracking number goes out to your email address once the package is shipped.

Package marked as delivered but I did not received it

Please double check your tracking information. The carrier often specifies the location where the package was left. If the package can’t be found in the location specified by the carrier, wait a few more days in case the carrier misplaced the package. Oftentimes the packages end up being returned by neighbors or the carrier ends up delivering it later. 

Contact the carrier’s customer service if the package is still missing after a few days.

Who do I notify if my mail is late?

The post office or UPS should be able to address most of your concerns. Often there are identifying marks on a package that pinpoint the cause of a delay. Have your tracking number ready to get more information about the package.

My package arrived opened or has signs of tampering.

If your package looks like it was tampered with, please take photos and submit them to info@apartmentno3.com.

Please be mindful that photos or any proof of tampering are necessary for us to open an investigation. Once these are provided our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Yes! Please note that international packages may incur additional customs cost and taxes charged by your local government at the time of arrival, and that shipping times vary depending on your country.

We try to ship orders as quickly as we can, if you want to combine two orders in one please let us know ASAP at diana@apartmentno3.com

Note: Orders placed through Facebook and Instagram Shops can't be combined.

To ensure we receive your combined shipping request, please contact us through email and not on social media or our website chat window.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

-Your can either get store credit or a refund for your order.

-Your item must be unused and in the same packaging that you received it.

-Fragile items, florals, gift cards, holiday decor, and items on sale are FINAL SALE.

We will contact you within one business day, and provide a shipping address for your return (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

No, but you can purchase our favorite pillow inserts HERE.

To achieve a full plump look it is recommended to fill your square pillow cover with an insert 2'' larger than the cover, and for lumbars use an insert the same size as the cover.


For a 20''x 20'' pillow cover, you would need a 22'' x 22'' pillow insert.

For a 12'' x 20'' pillow cover, you would need a 12'' x 20'' pillow insert.

If you need help with pillow combinations or need to visualize them in your space, send us an email with the information below, we will place a few pillow options on your furniture and send you different mockups for you to pick.

-A photo (taken from the front) of your space or furniture you need pillows for.

-How many pillows are you looking to get?

-Color preference?

This service includes ONE revision.

Please provide as much information as possible in your first email, so we can best assist you.

Mock-ups will be emailed within 1-2 business days.

Pillows shown in renderings will not be reserved until you place your order.

Be mindful that we are not responsible if items placed on mock-ups sell out by the time you want to purchase them. We recommend you place your order quickly due to high demand.

Pillow covers and pillow inserts are sold separately.

You can place your order by adding the items to your cart and checking out at www.apartmentno3.com, or we can generate a custom order for you with your picks (under your request), and send you an invoice to your email for you to complete the payment. Invoices should be paid within 24 hours, your items will be automatically released back to the shop if the invoice is not paid within 24 hours.

Mock-up Design Policy

This service does NOT include any designing of your space with products outside of what Apartment No.3 offers.

Please be mindful of our team's time and provide all the information requested above and any other information that can be helpful, so we can provide the best options available for your space. 

This is a one time service that includes ONE email with a few pillow combination mock-ups on your furniture, and ONE revision. Our team WILL NOT be emailing back and forth or messaging through social media.
