The shipping options you see at checkout are the only ones we offer. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers. All orders ship within 1–3 business days on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are not responsible for carrier delays since we use USPS and UPS for all shipments.
Please note that emailing us to request rushed shipping or to move your order ahead of others only delays our process and may cause your order to ship later than expected.
By procuring any product from Apartment No.3, you signify your unequivocal acceptance of and adherence to our Return Policy. Please use our Return Portal to initiate your return and review the Return Policy carefully to avoid delays, refund issues, or package rejections.
We cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled once they have been placed, as the shipping process may already have started. If cancellation is possible, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been canceled.
We do not offer fabric samples at this time.
We do not sell fabric by the yard.
All orders are carefully prepared and packed by our team within 1–3 business days. Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery is in their hands.
While carrier delays or lost shipments are outside of our control, we’re always here to support you and will gladly contact the carrier on your behalf to help resolve any issues.
