Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Apartment No.3. We love partnering with creators who genuinely enjoy home décor and create authentic, high-quality content.

This Creator Policy outlines the general terms that apply to creator collaborations with Apartment No.3 LLC. Individual collaboration proposals may include additional terms, deliverables, timelines, product selections, compensation (if applicable), or other requirements specific to that campaign. In the event of any conflict, the terms outlined in the individual collaboration proposal will govern that collaboration.

This Creator Policy primarily applies to gifted product collaborations. If Apartment No.3 offers a paid collaboration, the specific compensation, deliverables, and any additional terms will be outlined in the individual collaboration proposal or agreement.

1. Acceptance of Collaboration

All collaboration proposals, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms will be communicated by email.

By accepting a collaboration via email, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Creator Collaboration Policy, as well as all terms outlined in the collaboration proposal. Email is the official and only accepted method for accepting collaboration agreements. Apartment No.3 does not recognize acceptances or modifications made through direct messages, text messages, or any other form of communication unless subsequently confirmed by email.

Campaign Selection

Joining the Apartment No.3 Creator Database does not guarantee a collaboration. As opportunities become available, Apartment No.3 may contact individual creators or a group of creators with details about a potential collaboration. Invitations are based on a variety of factors, including campaign needs, product availability, creator content style, audience, location, and other project requirements. Receiving an invitation to express interest does not guarantee selection for a specific collaboration.

2. Gifted Products

Products provided through gifted collaborations are supplied solely in exchange for the agreed-upon content deliverables. They are not unconditional gifts.

The retail value of the gifted products will be communicated before shipment.

3. Deliverables

Each collaboration will include specific deliverables, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, or other social media content

  • Raw video clips

  • Photography

  • Product reviews

  • Stories or additional promotional content

  • Collaborative social posts, partnership ads, or other promotional content

The required deliverables will be outlined in the collaboration proposal and become part of this agreement once accepted.

4. Delivery Timeline

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables must be completed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

If circumstances arise that may delay completion, creators are expected to notify Apartment No.3 as soon as possible. Extensions may be granted at Apartment No.3's sole discretion.

5. Communication

We understand that unexpected situations happen.

If you experience illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, we simply ask that you communicate with us promptly.

Failure to respond to reasonable follow-up attempts may be considered abandonment of the collaboration.

6. Confidentiality

Collaboration proposals, campaign briefs, product selections, retail values, deliverables, timelines, and any other non-public information shared by Apartment No.3 are confidential and intended solely for the creator receiving them.

Creators agree not to share, distribute, publish, or disclose any collaboration terms or communications with third parties without the prior written consent of Apartment No.3, unless required by law.

7. Content Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Apartment No.3 receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, and display all content created and submitted as part of the collaboration for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Paid advertising

  • Website

  • Email marketing

  • Social media

  • Print materials

  • Other promotional channels

Content Editing: Apartment No.3 reserves the right to make reasonable edits to submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

8. FTC Disclosure

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides.

Any content published on the creator's own channels must clearly disclose the collaboration using appropriate disclosures such as #gifted, #ad, #sponsored, or other disclosures required by applicable law.

9. Failure to Complete Deliverables

If the agreed deliverables are not completed and the creator fails to maintain reasonable communication or obtain a written extension, Apartment No.3 reserves the right to terminate the collaboration.

Upon termination, Apartment No.3 may invoice the creator for the full retail value of any gifted products provided as part of the collaboration, as well as any shipping costs associated with the collaboration. The invoice amount will be based on the products' regular retail price and will not reflect any temporary promotions, discounts, sales, coupon codes, or other offers that may be available on our website, social media channels, or through any other sales or marketing promotions at the time the invoice is issued.

10. Payment of Invoice

Any invoice issued under Section 9 is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Apartment No.3 reserves all rights available under applicable law to recover unpaid amounts.

11. Future Collaborations

Apartment No.3 values long-term relationships with creators.

Creators who consistently produce exceptional content, communicate professionally, and fulfill collaboration requirements may be considered for future collaborations and additional opportunities.

Creators who fail to fulfill collaboration agreements or maintain reasonable communication may become ineligible for future collaborations.

12. Modifications

Apartment No.3 may update this Creator Collaboration Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time a collaboration is accepted will govern that collaboration.
